Those of you that know me, know I love Urban Exploration (UE).Luckily for me the dead industrial heart of Newcastle has many of these locations. Here is a location I found this year and shot these on my phone.

A few days in Saigon with the Nikon V1

September 2013: Spent a few days in Saigon, Vietnam shooting with the Nikon V1 and the 30-110mm zoom. Images processed in Silver efx.

Maddy with Fuji Klasse S

So I did a shoot, well...when I say I did a shoot, I did a shoot with digital and I took some frames with my Fuji Klasse S. I had a roll of Delta 400 in it, so I thought I may as well use it. I don't use Delta 400 too much, preferring Kodak TX. I find the Delta is a bit...over contrasty...that's not exactly what I mean, nor how it exposes, but that's the closest description I can summons on my first coffee of the day. Having not shot the Klasse too much I did find my framing was a bit off. Its a fantastic camera, that produces nice sharp shots. It's super solidly built and compact and fits in a little carry case on my belt.

I should shoot more film...I should probably do a lot more photography, but sometimes it's hard to find the time.I like film makes you work for an image, otherwise it's a waste of time. My favourite film is Efke 100. I find it harder and harder to get though. Here are some shots in outback NSW shot with Efke100.
